The reservation is confirmed by a text message after the guest has made a prepayment, 50% of the total order amount.

We will accept prepayment by bank transfer. Advance payment is expected in 12 hours. The remaining amount shall be transferred 7 days  before arrival, otherwise, the second half of the order becomes open for rental.

Please note that the booking apartments in our villa, you agree with the following rules :

• If you cancel your reservation, shorten your stay or do not arrive, your payment will not be refunded.
• We will not accept more people than specified in the room description.
• Staying with dogs is possible only with prior agreement and ensuring cleanliness and silence.  We will not accept other pets.
• In the rooms it is strictly forbidden: to smoke, to keep bicycles, to clean fish and to crush insects on the walls – there is a threat of a fine of 150 euros and you will be asked to vacate the room immediately without any refund.
• Rest hours 11:00 PM – 8:00  AM. If the residents of the  neighbouring villas make noise during these hours, feel free to call 112.
• Your stay time: 3:00 PM – arrival day. Last stay day – 12:00 AM
